Individuals between the ages 9-16 athlete looking to properly learn how to Train with weights and barbells.
What
Unlimited attendance to classes starting July 5th on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's. Rolling enrollment so lots of flexibility.
$150 a month unlimited sessions.

Training will include teaching and instructing proper warm ups, stretches, barbell and weight training, cool downs, and basic knowledge on nutrition.

Hosted at Michigan's premier Olympic Weightlifting gym 4 Star Strength. Coach Matt and Coach Tracy have over 30 years of experience in the physical fitness industry working with both elite level athletes and beginners alike.

Easily accessible from multiple highways and in a great area 4 Star is safe, clean, and efficient at coaching athletes!
About
why strength training
Strength training appropriately instructed for youths has been proven to be of great importance for development of the body through puberty. Adaptation and the strengthening on bones, tendons, ligaments, and muscle tissue through correctly executed resistance training is proven to prevent injuries in athletes.
